If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
- The product should not show signs of use, damage, or alteration
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Minor color variations caused by lighting or screen settings
- Requests made after 7 days of delivery
- Products returned without original packaging
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective item
- The wrong product
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear unboxing video
- Product images
Without an unboxing video, claims for damaged or missing products may not be accepted.
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order details.
Once approved:
- Our courier partner will arrange pickup where available
- In some locations, customers may need to self-ship the item
Products must be securely packed before pickup.
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned product:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
Exchange Policy
Currently, we only offer replacement for damaged or defective products subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
